Anyone heard any news on the sp rise? Bid has just passed 0.65p

would be very welcome right now to give the sp a nudge back towards 20p+ Dividend is good as well as great results so why is trading so subdued?

My sentiments exactly Libero. I have made a tactical buy but, with the price falling, held half back ready to buy even lower if it goes that way.

So why has SP dropped so much? I am adding right now as I hope this will rate even higher later.

So... If rights are selling at 32p then I reckon you will end up with around 135 free shares for every 1000 that you hold, if you do nothing. A rough calculation on price yesterday of 95p would mean your shares worth £950 yesterday will be worth around 1135 x 84.5p = £959.07, which is roughly break even!

Hi Bonz, I think the default (if you do nothing) is that they sell enough "Rights" to take up remaining rights so you end up with a few FREE shares as opposed to selling enough shares to take up all rights, which you would have to do yourself. Am I right?

Let's hope there is some good news to lift the SP a little. I am looking forward to a juicy dividend being paid.

IMHO this is a big multi-bagger and has unique selling points in its products. It only needed this deal with Walmart and the placing cash injection to bring in some regular capital and cashflow to get it in a position to really ramp up globally. Natural products appeal to the people with spare cash and this product will sell massively in no time at all on shelves of Walmart and Asda et al Anyone worrying can top-slice and have a virtual fee ride after today!

His successor has been looking for the fast buck rather than long term, so should we be surprised at recent revelations. I know that the company was again voted number 8 in the Top 100 companies to work for this year but, not surprisingly now, we learn that the employee survey excludes all the "perm temps" they hire and fire, via arms length employment agencies like Parasol, treating these like slaves to the clock on the bare minimum wages. How many more skeletons in the cupboard, I wonder? Just another sneaky trick to massage the outside world's view of the company

Hardly worth bothering about! £0.0005 (0.05p) gives a yield of 0.182% However the lift in share price makes up for it for now

The rise is reported as a "surge" in the press but sales volume is actually pitiful so looks like another pump and dump. I have held long enough and will take what I can now and buy back when they fall back again

...when you consider that admin costs have spiralled massively out of control in relation to the size of the business, eating into the increased profits. When will we ever get back to paying loyal shareholders even a tiny dividend? Are the admin increases just a back door way of paying the "family" bosses and employees their share of our profits, whilst we get nothing?

..traded is quite significant by any measure but more notable is the fact that you can sell at 0.19p on quite a narrow spread. This usually indicates that the rise is genuine rather than manipulation by MMs to draw interest. No doubt the sp will move up and down quite a lot in the coming week offering day trade and averaging down opportunities along the way, but IMHO the trend will be toward stabilising around 0.225 until end of 2012 with much more to come from then on.

.... you are right in2win, it's about time we had some news here. I don't think there is enough buying to shift the price however as the buys would need to be nearer the 100 mill to push it up to anything significant. the fundamentals are looking better just now and if they deliver at or above forecasts we may see an uplift but they let us down so often it's only an optimistic hope!
