...when Andy Haste left the building. S/Hs could rest easy in their beds whilst he was steering the group. Great dividends and SP growth at same time. He changed the whole culture of the business. His successor has been looking for the fast buck rather than long term, so should we be surprised at recent revelations. I know that the company was again voted number 8 in the Top 100 companies to work for this year but, not surprisingly now, we learn that the employee survey excludes all the "perm temps" they hire and fire, via arms length employment agencies like Parasol, treating these like slaves to the clock on the bare minimum wages.
How many more skeletons in the cupboard, I wonder?
