Spike good thinking, for me it's basic follow RNS and news, what can put together is if you look back on rns, Omar stated the partner they were in talks with highlighted the potential at our license, which then they went and did further digging and realised yes the license is bigger then we think it is, same partners are probably continuing these talks and pushing Omar to do some work around it as well as Omar wanting a great deal,

I believe a renewal of the license is taking place and once this happens and I believe that will be about now to Jan the farm out deal will be signed off
