Sham89, I don't think you really know how this works at all and jumping around all over the place, upl have a contract with the government to do a first drill and they have the money for it too, the story here is too big for me to write up but long term upl will be bought out massively,

They will do a few drills prove up license then gets given on the basis of a JV the they either sell up or continue on a bigger JV this will be too big for upl to manage

You need to do some real research trust me when this kicks off this will be in the high 20s, even with the bogus 14p offer it was refused immidiatley ask your self why this will be massive in 2 years time maybe even 30-50p

If you do get a farm in with a giant major then expect 20 bagger I think
