Professional don't forget if buck hasn't signed the land use agreement yet then they can't even announce anything, could be that now that's what they are waiting on buck to sign and fly out to Mongolia which he may have planned to do so same time as the AGM,

We just have to see what happens closer to the time, don't foget buck ain't going to be in such a rush as he still has to organise things at heron so meanwhile maybe his getting things ready and soon as he lands things start to move

But let's wait and see as this land use agreement otherwise is taking too long now, understand they would need this checked out by their lawyers
