Nothing more frustrating than metro, whilst the other banks speak about how much of the cash they were able to release from bad loan provisions we get zero commentary from metro. So they're happy to say how much they were holding back but aren't happy to say whether that was more than was needed. As per usual the board not doing much to help the share price, however other side of the coin is that the provisions fund may not have been enough so better not saying anything. Who knows, pure guess work. They say less is more but not the case with metro earnings details yesterday

So, I've noted the silence here in comparison to days gone by, especially pre earning results activity. Normally loads of rampy posts. Almost none now, remains to be seen whether that's a good thing or a bad thing, hopefully an update tomorrow which provides some confidence for the future

The FCA news would need to be no case to answer for it to be like INDV, the FCA news could just as easily find metro have a case to answer. So it means it goes boom in a negative direction.
