It is being played out that it’s for “consultancy” etc BUT it’s blatantly obvious it’s BECAUSE of his shareholding / position.

I think the easiest way to resolve this is that Mooky isn’t getting £32m FOR his shares but is getting £32m BECAUSE of his shares….
