last few days they might have been pretty sure they wouldnt be able to pay it (not the same as unable to pay it) BUT only by close of play today will they KNOW they couldnt pay it. Probably lots going on behind the scenes....lets see what happens eh.

I’m referring to an RNS and thought one might come today BUT they don’t have to release an RNS If they haven’t actually defaulted which would be tomorrow.

Of course they know well in advance whether they’re. Going to be able to pay it or not, they just don’t have to tell us that until they’re required to.

The board know exactly what position they are in, we will find out when they decide to tell.

And do those charts factor in the SP being deliberately held back by the MM’s to allow their friends in when the time is right?

youre probably right. I half expected an RNS today but technically nothing happens until tomorrow when they have officially defaulted, if that happens to be the case. as of right now its just due, not late or missed.

Exactly, and this SP isn’t going up too much until it’s deemed “ethical” for them to start buying back in. They’ll be sitting on averages higher than they’d like and will be desperate for some buys at what’s available.

And my buy orders are set at 1.4p. If you think any amount of deramping will take it down that far you’re having a laugh. Set at that level just in case things imploded this morning and I got lucky LOL

If you read my earlier posts I’m not deramping. Yes I’d like it to dip to fill my orders but what’s the point in placing them if I didn’t want them filled.

Would still be happy if they didn’t as plenty of current holding around the 1.8 mark…..
