I think they’re doing the sensible thing and keeping their heads down and not attracting any more attention than is necessary.

To start fighting the sanctions just puts the spotlight on themselves and understandably they don’t want that any more than it has been already.

Let them carry on doing what they do and at some point it will come good. Probably talking years rather than months, as the sanctions won’t be relaxed purely based on peace talks.

Although they’d be perfectly placed to assist in the rebuilding of Ukraine should the opportunity arise, and there’s no way the UK could continue to sanction them under those circumstances…..

Sometimes humorous but far too repetitive, at times there’s be 5/6 posts in a row of him talking to himself. Not sure what his intentions were.

My take is that CINE played this well by going under C11. It’s given them the breathing space they needed after a few horrific years, not their own doing (Covid etc). Their game plan was probably solid if Covid hadn’t hit, but they took on hefty debts to get there.

C11 as I said lets them breathe and is allowing them to exit “undesirable leases” and restructure the organisation. Fully expect parts of CINE to be sold off to reduce the debt exposure but do believe it will come out the other side fighting.

It will be a leaner organisation and one that would focus on its core rather than trying to “take on the world” and try to go too big too quickly.

Lessons learned, and Covid changed the landscape.

We’ll never see the dizzy heights the SP used to be but a decent recovery which will benefit those that jumped in post SP crash.

FYI - I’m a LTH who managed to get one portfolio down to an average of 8p but riding another at 20p.

Although in my defence anyone who has a 0.91% stake in a company that’s worth £690m personally and that gives £11.5m a year in dividends is a HUGE shareholder compared to me ??

Maybe they use the term Stakeholder generically to cover everyone?
