Where was the meeting held or was it online? Its hard to see 3-4k as big buys but you may be right!

Thanks, i'll keep an eye on it but yes expect an instant RNS when the approval may land. Forgive my ignorance but how does this effect the P3 trial or would this give emergency approval to use SNG001 in hospitals straight away?

Very strange behaviour but they were offloading 10k chunks even few minutes around 10am. I haven't looked much further on the other times as only have what lse show but they may already be churning some II's placing stock. Or possibly II's that missed out are bailing/reducing. Maybe last of Landsdowne...

Also remember when we got the TR1 from Venrock about a very small reduction. Well that was all the games being played to get the placing price to where it needed to be. They would have drip fed shares early doors to reduce the SP. I would expect they have taken a further large holding in SNG. Anyone know when the new TR1s will land?

Once these share are churned i believe it will re rate. Got the 9am wrong (damn) but think we'll see it in the short term. 1:37 is not enough to flood the market with PI's shares. If the II's are sticky, which i expect they are, then this will go up very quickly.

Yeah it was done weeks ago! Just a formality after announcing it. The deals were done well before the price hit 150 last week. Probably around a month ago.

Another prediction I got right! Placement done by 7am!! Now for £3+ by 9am! GLA

Big news for Syniargen, well done richard and the team. They are going it alone for now but be sure it is only until we have full approval. Why give it away cheap when you can fund it yourself and create a much bigger value. 6 months is nothing to wait for 5x/10x more value which will equate to many more Billions.
I see this going to 170/175 (don't rush/you won't be able to buy!) and then quickly shooting to £3+ by 9am. Book build complete by 9am at latest. Maybe even get one at 7am saying book build complete as discussion would have been going on for weeks.

This has explained the whole SP movement for the last month. Discussions with the American II's who had previously bought at 200p stud they'll buy big at 175p. So the MM's have brought this down to average out at 175. They needed to increase over the last few days as placing is always lower than current price so coolant leave it down at 150p. All manipulation to get in place for the placing. Numis coming on board etc. Its so obvious now we look back on it but does explain the low SP. It should never have been that low and will never be again!

£9.90 in the short term and £50/share by full P3 approval and commercialised drug. Im holding for the lottery win. £50 a share = £7.5m!! Bingo.
