The NHS sites are part of the P3 trial. I expect we are piggy backing on to the US trail once our p3 starts. As it says in the parallax info, they will join any trials that are already ongoing in order to speed up recruitment.

there is no direct evidence of this though is there? No confirmation from SNG that we re son any trial other than our own P2 home and P3 hospital.

Yes but what if the big pharma buys sng001? Do you not think they may be able to promote it to the world instantly? Maybe RM had no intention of selling sng001 and all he has been asked to do by the ‘partner’ is to produce excellent results in a double blind P3 trial around the world. Upon approval it’s then down to the old boys network to take it on and profit from it. A great British success! (If bought by uk pharma!) There are too many things that can happen here which is why I hold long and strong.

Axe - it will come good I’m sure. Managed to get out at break even 110p. Read the RNS this morning and just sounded like they are still way off the lateral flow test. More clinical trials needed.. when I invested in March time I didn’t think it would be November and not have a test out. The boohoo connection I thought was excellent for distribution but just hasn’t been produced yet. Just think there is more short term relief here to be had as I’m sure this is the bottom.

They’ve had 2 doses now and their symptoms aren’t any much worse but mother has lost voice and taste. They find it very easy to use. Apparently the oxygen monitor on fingers is their most important measure.

I’m over £200k down in the last few weeks but luckily still in 100% profit.
Have loaded up again today. Sold out of all other Covid stocks like ODX and AVCT and pilled in another £50k. It may see 80p but I have my doubts for very long. We’ll see a rerate at some point soon. Vaccine news has done it’s damage. Now time to rebuild the sp going into p3 trials. GLA

Thanks, although they are both invested too as our all their grandchildren in their child ISA’s! To say that we believe in synairgen is an understatement. Yes the forces are against us. We are the small fish in a very big pond having to jump through every hoop. The big boys can stretch the boundaries and call their mates (Boris) and get to where they want a lot quicker than we can. We have to remember the size of our company and not compare ourselves to what AZ and others are doing. However if AZ announced sng001 the share price may increase 10% on the news. When we announce it to the world it will probably go 1000%. I know which I would prefer!

Parents are doing the ‘at home’ trail which was an offshoot of the P2 hospital trial. They extended it to see if it works better earlier on in the infection cycle. This would then open up a whole different market and especially important for care home residents where a large % of deaths occur. If they can get sng001 into the elderly as soon as they caught Covid it could save many 1000’s lives. They haven’t pushed this anywhere near hard enough but finding 65+ year olds who can use zoom is slim pickings. Luckily mother is doing it for both of them as father wouldn’t have a clue how to work it! Will keep you all updated with progress.

The zoom call nurse is great. Very helpful. They have to inject drug into the nebuliser themselves and then inhale for 8 minutes. Whilst taking pulse and oxygen levels. Nothing now till tomorrow same time.

I agree, I just wondered if the placebo may have had a different expiry date but they probably would have thought about that! All we can do is compare if anyone else has had the drug?

Guys let the science do the talking. After successful p3 trials we won’t be able to make enough with the orders coming in. If AZ or another big pharma pick up Syn on a partnership or takeover, they will do all the PR and marketing that we need. You need to remember how small we are compared to them but it is reflected in our MCap so we can’t complain. All I know is when we are selling out of 100k treatments a month then we won’t be anywhere near £1!! Fast forward to Q1/Q2 next year and it will be very exciting. If it stays at £1 till then then I’m not worried. I think everybody need to reassess their timeframes and if you can’t wait get out on the next spike. Can’t really listed to negativity for the next 3 months when the company are working their balls off to get a completed p3 trial. David and Goliath part 2. We all know who won that one!

Agreed. Although £10+ is my target. I am holding all the way to a pharma buyout. Whether that be Q1/2 2021 or 2022. This opportunity won’t come around again and I see it as a one off investment that will set my children up for life. Hoping I’m not wrong. I don’t think I am.
