FDA meeting date is given within 10 days of request following a CRL, and the date itself is usually within 30 days according to FDA guidelines.
An RNS on this could happen any time, as my understanding is that they are seeking that FDA meeting.
He’s obviously not lying, and I never contradicted that. I clearly said we’re down because ore is down, but I said this correlation doesn’t make sense for reasons outlined. Maybe you misread.
The share price clearly suffers from having long term bag holders. Iron ore up today and we’re down. We were down yesterday because ore was down. Do ppl not realise we are not affected by ore prices until we’re in production?
China has put curbs on steel production because of the Winter Olympics and restrictions likely to be eased in March. You then have the current real estate crisis which won’t slow construction forever. Shipping costs are at a peak & as with all Covid-related supply constraints, will likely ease.
So it’s quite amusing the SP is so correlated to the current ore price when we don’t produce yet & the SP in no way factors in that asset to begin with. Easy hold.
Nick has made a fool of himself on this board for a long time but is incredibly so lacking in self-awareness, he's doubling down giving everyone a good laugh on here.
Imagine thinking anyone believes he's a holder, sounding like Alf Garnett on a day the SP is up +42% and when everyone knows the remaining things are rubber stamps.
You're one of the people I'm talking about.
Do you even know anything about the next steps? They are formalities and rubber stamps. Bank approval was always the big one.
The AIM market is full of not very intelligent punters who see it as a casino. If their ramping leaders aren't pumping it to oblivion, they're too dense to do their own research.
The price should be close to 50p by year end as we get interviews and more updates. This is a completely derisked and comfortable hold now. The fundamentals will literally do all the heavy lifting over the coming months.
SP drop is relentless. Should be worried about that than who owns it. Clearly many are selling out.
Ivans, looking at your posts you have a clear agenda. Iron ore is unlikely to keep dropping, the price at $200 was always ridiculous and unsustainable. If you'd listened to the interview and done some research (which I know you haven't), the economics for Amapa assumed an iron ore price of $85. You also said Kieran say they would hold back on stockpiles if prices were unfavourable. Many others would do the same. The price would then revert to the mean. CCP have been wanting to manipulate iron ore price for ages and have told state owned steel makers to reduce production of steel due to emmissions - however this will only drive up the price of steel as many steel makers in China are private and unaffected by government restrictions. They will therefore increase production, forcing China to reverse policy and allow their own producers to get a piece of the pie.
Furthermore the demand for steel lies in construction, so reducing that demand significantly will have an effect on the Chinese economy. Xi has a balancing act here - we've seen from Evergrande that limiting the construction industry further isn't a good idea. I see iron ore prices around this level this year at around $100 and will likely normalise after the Winer Olympics.
There was a period where we bumped up in to the 130s from 120 and then it’s been down ever since.
We’re now back to where we were pre-acquisition and prior to the quadrupling of our revenue stream.
Inexplicable really
I’m not saying he is but you’re being a bit naive.
Yes, some promote a stock they hold but they will also push a stock to generate liquidity they can sell in to.
Wouldn't surprise me if he's the one selling in here. There's been a big retail seller in here constantly for two months, since the 130s. The SP does not make any sense given the recent RNSs.
Constant seller for two months in this. Look at the volume today. Someone has been offloading - wouldn't surprise me if it's one of those big accounts on Twitter that promote it while selling in to the ramp.
No other explanation for this SP after today's RNS. Should be much higher.
What you’re missing is that this is AIM, where stocks get sold if they don’t rocket in a day and where “investors” are actually people who like a gamble and call it “investing”.
Nick, selling on bank settlement is your prerogative but amusing you’d do that when that points to Amapa being completely derisked, leading to production, shipment of the rest of the stockpiled ore, increase of stake to 27% and inevitably, all things going well, to 49% while the SP re-rates if those come to fruition.
But with your state of mind, probably best you do sell up then.
Ahh I see. Nah, not on Twitter mate.
Placing just really annoyed me but all is forgiven if they produce.
Gazer?
Lovely jubbly. Thanks - couldn't dial in for it but sounds like it went well.
Has anyone asked about the placing and why they went from "We're fully cashed up" to another sudden placing? It killed sentiment in the stock. I'm a happy holder and a good answer here would go some way I think to placating sentiment.
Daramuda - Paranoid and defensive much? You've just written 20 lines of absolute drivel countering things I've never even commented on. I've made no comment on Dev Clever as a company, as an investment, its management or how it's run. It may well be a very good company and investment, so there goes your idiotic ad hominem theory based on zero evidence - pretty ironic considering your holier than thou attitude about conspiracies earlier (which I've already taken back as speculative and yet you boringly refer to it again). Outstanding hypocrisy.
I don't care at all when you invested or when you added. Now it is very clear to anyone but the most emotional of holders that there has been some weirdness going on.
My reason for posting this is so others invest here and in other similar stocks with their eyes open. There are three people who pushed this price up with the help of others so DEV could get a good placing. You have to be quite ignorant to not see that. And now we have every stock RJ has been in smashed today. It doesn't take a genius to see something is wrong, unless you are an emotional investor who is married to the stock, which I'm guessing you are judging by your straw man response.
I'm sorry but wasn't he dishing it out, insulting anyone who said they thought it was overvalued and pumping it to high heaven? He dished it out, happy to profit from constant Telegram and social media pumping but can't take it when he's called out on it? Yeah ok...
