It is all in the last annual report - perhaps some should read it. As an aside, the UK was perhaps a relatively poor performer. That is now forecast to break just about even this year on an underlying basis.

Despite the legacy sellers, made 4.45%. And they can only sell once. Even got a mention in Horticulture Week.

I think the current price represents the crowd's appetite today. ie Nothing is nailed on. I was Raleigh on here ( change of tech, change of name ). Over 50% for me in 6 months.
