Sector’s in a bit of a tiz was. Though Sig seemed reasonably confident in their outlook. Mid-term itis, too.

You ignore the fact it has been possible to take a positive view of a company or companies, whilst betting in whole or in part on a sector downtrend, here - I wouldn’t - and/or elsewhere, particularly midway through a reporting period, and say supply issues )
But you can keep your nonsense up, rather than recognising a trend. Crap company” , “liquidation” and all that.

It can become confusing and from what I have seen is sometimes dealt with in different ways. The ‘ beneficial interest ‘ twixt director and wife remains the same.

I have been hanging in here. It has yet to develop a following. I have bet it will. At the moment, newly listed ( though far from new to the block ) and in testing times for this and other sectors, I suspect investors may take a while to warm to it.
And there’s the legacy Travis holders I have been banging on about.
A reasonable day though.

Just some sort of perspective. And overall of course it depends where one starts from.

In addition to whatever else has been going on, the industry trend has been down anyway. Supply concerns probably form at least a part of it, I believe.

Not internally, but on e-commerce.
Following the plan, the next stage will be
"Growth investments include new branches in all operating countries, upgraded ecommerce capabilities and highly selective M and A."
I expect that stage is at the very least in the planning/enquiry process.

In passing, I was optimistic that Cop26 starting end of month may bring forward something on the retrofit front, involving insulation. I think now even the trade has given up the thought of govt. new money on that.
