So by late 2026 we should be-

Producing 145k ounces with a AISC $1176. So @ current gold price that is FCF $220 million pa for 12 years. More FCF in one year than current market cap. We will have no debt with mine purchased and built from current cash flow. Plus the potential of existing exploration in the Philippines.

This is a ridiculousy great position to be in. This company is massively undervalued and I am confident will do the same sort of 5 year increase that the LTH of already seen.

Now I need to put the kettle on and listen to our glories leader. GLA

Interesting update to Metals website today. Details 150k ounces still to mine at Runruno between now and closure in 2027. So roughly $200 million FCF. Very nice. The even more mind-blowing figures come from the Condor purchase. Please take some time to look at the numbers. They are beyond ridiculous. Wow this company is going to blow it's current market cap. Darren £2 billion pound company is taking shape. GLA

Broomtree you are correct both explorers and producers can make you money. Those who invest in explorers are risking their money in the hope of a find. Those who invest in company that produces are more interested in hard facts numbers and FCF. I think that is where investors in the two companies differ. Condor investors now need to decide do they want to find a new explorer or stick with the known. GL whichever option you take

Guidance for this year pretty much expected with increase in gold price from last year balancing slightly lower guidance figures so should be another $100 million approx FCF 2025. Nice work guys. Super exciting times at Metals. Can not wait until Fridays Investor Presentation. The last one Darren did a RNS landed the day before and I have a feeling one may well land tomorrow or Friday. Darren doesn't wàste his time doing PR interviews unless he has something of note to say. Especially as I cannot imagine how busy his desk must be with the T/O plus looking àfter existing mine and looking at Philippines expansion. GLA holders old and new

Potentially increasing the mine life by 3/5 years. That's a exceptional scenario and shouldn't be too long before we know. As I said previously I think Darren was well aware of this and has kept it up his sleeve until a certain shareholder was long gone. Incredible future in store for us all. What an incredible naive post from someone who has obviously done no research on Metals. Yes Metals holders have been buying Condor. But simply because it was a way a purchasing cheap Metals shares come the purchase not because Metals shareholders want to hold Condor shares.

Had a suspicious people were doing that. Not a bad idea think the deal is pretty much nailed on now. Can't see any other reason for selling Metals at the moment other than reinvesting the money in Condor and making a nice little profit. I picked up 110,000 Condor shares end of last week using funds that were going to purchase more Metals but doing the maths was better of buying Condor. Plus I can help voye it through:)

Quite agree Lee. . Target 3 made me smile pretty outstanding on the surface and outside the original tenement area but able to use existing plant. Think Darren always new this but kept it up his sleeve and being outside original tenement area no pimp cut needed to be paid to our troublesome ex shareholder. All the dots are starting to be joined. Looking forward to the updated investor presentation for more juicy details. GLA

totally agree ace. metals have given condor hope and a deal that would seem to both sides. i for one would want to walk away from the deal rather than pay a penny more. if it does not go through because existing shareholders of condor say no then it will be condors share price that collapsed 35% not metals. and 5 years down the line when darren has acquired another project and we are 25p a share where will condor be. single digit still paying their board for jam tomorrow and ******** between themselves. gla

Hey Broomtree. That's how the market and human nature works frustrated Condor holders selling up as they are too impatient to wait and see how Metals manages the asset with those the believe in Bowden and his team being picked up by believers as a nice juicy discount. Thank you very much

Probably people like me seeing a 15/20% discount on Metals shares. It's cheaper buying your Metals shares here than buying them directly. This may mean Metals will drift untill the transfer is completed or Condor price catches up

Yep that's it. Darren planted me on the LSE board 10 years ago to make numerous posts on. metals over that period so that I could pop up on Condor board today to say the deal is Ace Great detective work my friend

Darren's ambition is for a £2 billion company and this I believe will prove to be a big part of it. I understand Condor holders frustration but I am sure that once the dust settles and see how Darren and his team consistently deliver on the very clear plan they will be glad to be part of the Meatals story. They will look back on today's deal and realise it was a good one. I for one am all in on Metals and plan to be a 10 million holder by end Jan. Currently holding 7.5 million

Personally I hope the deal does go through but at the right price. Currently the price may well undervalue the asset only time will tell. The facts are however that Condor shares could be bought for under 20p a month ago. The market puts a value based on supply and demand. AIM is littered with companies that should be 2/3 times more according to the people holding. But the price is the price. For your 4 shares you are not only retaining your asset but gaining everything Metals has to offer. This project can almost certainly be funded from existing cash flow no need for dilution. Plus we have a pretty decent exploration project ongoing. I honestly think a combined company would see multiple times return going forward. GLA
