Does sound like the last lot a little with their going green plan. Waited ages for that and nothing happened other than going private. Just hoping for regular information. I was going to ask if we can have management accounts too as appreciate statutory out of date but a fuller version may disclose more in the narrative.

My shares are held with Hargreaves and Lansdown so could forward a statement.

We will know soon hopefully as the accounts must be filed soon. But they will be a shorter version, surely as owners we can ask for the full version. So I will.

Just reading up on it. I think we must send a proposed resolution, eg send quarterly accounts to share holders and state that the group does own over 5%. The directors must respond within a reasonable time but it looks like the meeting would have to be held within 28 days. If they don't it seems the shareholders can hold the meeting at the company's expense. The article I read does have the caveat that the Articles of Association may prevent such meetings. I have the caveat that I had my gall bladder out the other day so am to groggy to turn on a lap top and reach properly!

If we hold 5% of the shares between us we can always ask for a general meeting and try for some answers that way.

We can only hope, the environment in Morocco has changed so much, onhym are recruiting for their own experts and it seems they want to directly invest in subsidiaries. But early days for them but maybe, just maybe, sdx have been talking with them since the start. Not sure what sort of leadership we have now, feels like all is on hold and the new guys are there just to pass things over. If appointed by the new investors then it's the best due diligence potential investors could do. So must be all but a done deal subject to shareholder approval. But assume the majority shareholders are comfortable with the direction.
