Absolutely right Silverlight. The world order has changed. Isolationism and localisation will become the new accepted norms. We know the EU have a focus on self-provided critical raw material supply. My question is: what will be the next significant inflection point stimulus? The permits or the JORC compliant data post infill drilling? The £2,000,000 protects RUA from being taken advantage of during any negotiations re JV, buyouts, etc. The future’s bright! GLA.

Exploration is normally long and expensive. Rockfire are lucky in have a pre-explored site to direct where they drill. Best bangs for the buck and all that. The £2,000,000 recently raised, at full share price, should see the company able to perform their planned drills. Having serious, mining focused, investor on board should make any further cash calls straight forward. It’s your money, your decision, but I think this is possibly the best time to be investing here. DYOR etc etc!!

Morning all. Totally agree with these posts. I think Bill is building something special here. The lack of PR is frustrating, but it might be helpful. Geopolitics and Geoeconomics are volatile to say the least. Keeping a low profile does prevent overpromising and underperforming. But it’s very impressive to see what Bill has accomplished in the last year. Having a production facility in the EU is worth its weight in gold. The trade tariffs being imposed may well help us. The EU is a significant market. I’m not sure what competition RUA has, but a recent RNS suggests we’re pretty much alone in production of certain products. Going forward, will a US major decide it wants to buy a fully functioning European arm?

Re debts of company. According to a recent RNS:

a. A judgement for approximately £500,000 including costs against the Company was obtained earlier in 2024. The Company negotiated a settlement which we announced on 20 December 2024;

b. Despite the outstanding judgement, former directors paid themselves significant sums in preference to this creditor;

c. The debt in the Company's US subsidiaries was over US$600,000 against the previously disclosed U$300,000 (this was announced on 16 January 2025). The new directors have been able to renegotiate some of this debt; and

d. The pledged shares (please see below).

on 17 July 2024.

And that’s just the ones they know about.

WS, that’s fair comment tbh. At least we’ll see a date of sign off. My gut feeling is LUNN et al are working on a funding deal to allow a going concern statement to be made. If they were more honest and open, they’d have possibly got a yes vote.
