This is the problem with outsiders looking in, all they see is cones on the road and assume the delay is the contractors...
Clients can be at fault for the delay as much if not more so, than the contractor.
I think also it was a "Wettest Summer" not winter.

If Dyani were awarded their 2% of shares & directly sold them off / transferred them to another entity (Power China)...
Do they still need to declare their percentage holding change?
As technically Dyani % wouldn't of changed & the new entity is still below 3% to notify
I guess also GCM have to notify the issue of new shares

funny how the 1.9m trade yesterday roughly matches the 2% shares issued to Dyani for getting the MOU milestone.
I know they are to hold the stock for 6 months, but they have been issued plenty of other shares in the past.
Maybe it's a transfer / payment to Power China from Dyani
