DFS angle was officially busted as Bill says, the RNS was quite specific. IKN claiming it wasn’t a speeding ticket is laughable, it clearly was although it seems that IKN is of the opinion that unless it contains the wording of “ we know of no reason for the increase in share price” then it’s not a speeding ticket. Amateur hour indeed.

As for the DFS being published, no it hasn’t been, the Egrul site has been updated to note the DFS and nothing else. Mac & Dimitryreacts both claim to have read it or it being readable but it’s clearly obvious neither have access to it. No-one knows who has access to it but the public certainly don’t.

It seems the rampers are having to resort to easily disproved lies to further their cause nowadays.

i’ll take that as you can’t support your claim about these “experts” and just file it under bull****. shame really as it would be nice to hit those levels

That was also my understanding but IKN has stated on more than occasion that the NDA’s expire in June so wondered where he saw something that gave him this impression, if he has seen anything at all.

Where did you read that NDA’s end in June? The parties to any NDA haven’t been made public, never mind when one or more end but you’re claiming more than one NDA expires in June. Can you provide anything to support that statement?
