The SP has been held back due to some big buyers wanting to turn a fast buck on their IPO holdings on the first day of trading by selling straight away.

Considering how the rest of the market has performed today, I’m quite pleased.

Float on or Jump Ship, it’s your choice. Stormy Waters will soon calm. How many times have posters cried “I wish I’d bought when they were at XXp”. Share prices ebb and flow just like the tides. Experienced seafarers know when to take advantage of them. Do exercise care as some drown. On the other hand, they make record catches.

drlong, the change in price of BTC is a fundamental. It is accepted that the price will change. This is external to the performance of ARB.

I think you should change the your name to drshort in view of your bearish attitude!

I expect ARB to recover quite sharply but I can’t promise that.

Don’t moan about the current SP, take advantage of it! There are plenty of people out there that are essentially ripping you off by picking up your shares on the cheap. The fundamentals haven’t changed. The upside at the current SP is far more than the downside and there will be a rapid retrace.

Come on you Argonauts, pull harder on those oars and we’ll soon be on the other side of those clashing rocks.

Don't confuse enthusiasm and wise investing with ramping!

ARB and BTC are polyrythms. At some point they will both peak and the profits will come (IMHO). Take advantage of dips but only if you still want to sail with us. BUY/SELL/HODL - its your choice!

97% of customers supported the plan. The FCA has proposed some minor changes and is working with the company to bring about an acceptable proposal. No one wants Amigo to fold as it would be in no ones interests.

Just managed to top up at 130p but price rising and spread closing already

Yes, Aspenwood, you are totally correct. SP doesn’t always track profitability, it’s more to due with potential future earnings and likelihood some other person/company would buy out ARB at a premium to the SP. Dividends should not be so high as to stifle future growth.

Rights issues are a good way of enticing investors to hold by offering discounted shares based on current holding. This is win-win as the company generates cash while holders get cheap shares.

At the moment, there is no monetary return for our investment, only the hope other investors will pay a higher price for our shares than we did.

The big money will be invested when ARB start paying a dividend. PW did not rule this out when questioned and I think it may come soon.

Meanwhile, don’t moan about day-to-day SP and take advantage of dips if you still believe in ARB’s future prospects.
