A raise is possibe but not a certainty but if so then likely to be above current levels IMHO.

Those thinking they can get in cheaper than now after a raise could be disappointed

But good (or bad) news will come in stages. A successful Basin Modelling is a precursor of anything that follows, a step closer to our goal and should raise the SP (fingers firmly crossed). They already claim to have a commercial discovery of helium, they just need a way of bringing it to the surface at a profit.

The current SP reflects the risk but at each sucessful stage there will be an element of derisking, the plan of execution will be firmed and the SP should rise in responce.

Agazzis - totally right. The good news will definitely come first with a corresponding rise in SP and could lead the way to extra money by other means than a raise. if there has to be a raise it should be on better terms than previous.

Should there be a need to raise mney through issue of more shares it could be in the form of a rights issue where existing investors are allowed to purchase a number of discounted shares based on their current holding.

IMHO I think the SP will rise to 2p+ before any raise and any discounted share price will be higher than 1.5p

HE1 will aim to raise at the best price and big investors (or PIs) won't invest more at any price before we hear good news on progress.

Meanwhile, I'll keep topping up on dips and topslice on spikes

All potential investors should be aware of the risks of investing in a particular company BEFORE they invest and the risks of rampers and derampers on any bb.

Herbie derides yet again. Just like the series of films, you've run out of new ideas and rely on remakes.

Lorna is set for a big payday when this all works out but has she has access to very privileged insider information, she will be restricted in what she can do regards buying shares until then.

Do not undervalue her PR work, as getting favourable deals with the Tananian Governement are a huge factor in HE1's success.

Those Options are part of here pay package so she has a high incentive to do well.

Was green a minute ago and likely to go blue. Drops can be good news if you want to average down or bulk up.

Stop picking on individuals that have a brighter outlook than yourself. Most on here are quite happy to see PubCrawl's positive posts.

At least you are positive on a placing should it be needed.

The level of risk is already built into the price. Any good news will derisk and the sp will follow.

HE1 doesn't spend much time on glossy presentations, prefering to spend its valuable time on producing the results.

The reward is potentially higher than its rival. They just don't make as much of a song and dance about it!

At current sp there are many bags to look forward to as current targets are quite conservative.
