£11M gets added to the kitty!

Personally, I don't think there will be any effect on the SP as they have already been forward sold. Thats why the SP dropped to 0.5p.

However should the SP drop that would be an incredible opportunity to buy more.

HE1 are now fully funded for the next stage with a good contingency. Moves in SP in short term don't really matter but do present opportunities.

The jump on really good news is what I'm waiting for!

HE1 must be doing well, The derampers are jumping back in because they missed out on the cheap shares.

IMHO, LTHs and those new to HE1 will be rewarded for their patience and good news is on iits way.

Their are lots of LTH's just like me that understand what is happening and are happy to add to their holdings.

Couldn't buy at placing price but bought 4 million between 0.53 an 0.55 to add to my stack.

Been investing in HE1 for quite a while. Highest price paid - 17.60p , Lowest 0.25p

Exploration companies exploring in Tanzanian have more hurdles to jump that most and not all costs can be anticipated. The Helium Play is 'Transformational' and early findings were better than expected. This will have resulted in purchase of more licenses than originally anticipated and an increase in scope for EWT. The good thing is they now have the funding in place.

Everyone had the chance to buy in at the placing price this morning, the same price as the BODs

HappyDazes, preliminary conditional talks into JV will be taking place as we speak. If you want to buy cheap with the best deal , you start dealing early and that could include some up-front cash.

I wouldn't wait until after EWT to buy shares at 10 times the current SP.

I do feel sorry for those that fell for your tactics and sold at a loss. Just hope they can get back in before it goes up again

But HE1 do have money and a hot-stacked rig ready to go.

Any interested company of any size would want to negotiate a JV early to get the best deal. Those guys that invested $1000 dollars each with Bill Gates are all mega rich now. They saw the potential and took the risk.

Those interested in a JV would be prepared to throw a few million at HE1 in the early stages to get a good deal.

Wait for further positive results and the price to join this venture will go higher. It might be that HE1 will stall negotiations until after EWT for this reason.

Youi laugh a the HE1 SP rising by 10 times but it did indeed happen. It went from 0.25 to 3p. No reason it will or won't do it again.

The fool is the one that missed out on an opportunity and later regrets it.
