Refinancing is good news the lenders wouldn't go for it if they thought they would lose money. Far better than a placing dilution.

I'd love to be able to buy at under 10p as it would mean even bigger profits for me when the SP recovers but can't see that happening. We are close to a bottom now and preedicting a slow rise from here but will add on dips.
