Manifesto. You suggest MarkPatrick was lying but 8 minutes passed before your reply and a lot can happen in that space of time. In my experience with HL, there can be many times when you can’t get a quote to buy or sell but a short time afterwards you can buy/sell as many as you want! Availability of shares changes every few milliseconds.

Good chance to top up! Always take advantage of dips if you can.
