We don't care how low the SP goes in the short term, it just presents more buying opportunities and adds extra multi's to the bagging. 🤞

They probably will buy more when they are allowed to do so. At the moment they have privileged information that they could use to time their buying/selling of shares to their advantage, therefore they can only receive options and/or bonus shares. The shares they bought themselves were bought quite a while ago.

That 10K or so was in lieu of a cash bonus so basically it is their money invested in shares. They also have options and shares they bought themselves.

They don’t hold many as they paid a lot higher SP and they have little opportunity to add due to AIM rules on insider dealing. They have also invested a lot of time and effort which is priceless, so yes, they DO have skin in the game.

Finding their individual holdings was no mean task but it has been posted on here previously.

They are as keen for those 🚀🚀🚀 to fly as we are!

The directors do have money invested. What makes you think they haven’t? There are restrictions on when they can buy shares as they have insider knowledge.

Yes - this is AIM and we know we could multi-bag or lose our money.

The odd drop in sp is a gift to us as it has little bearing on our confidence in the future of HE1

Deep100. Why would people sell off in the 0.6’s when this is likely to recover to the 0.8/0.9’s very soon. Without any accounting for increase in value of the company I would expect the SP to sharply recover to (pre-talk of dilution -10%) levels

A dip back into the 0.5’s would present an excellent buying opportunity. Nothing to be afraid of, but I don’t think it will happen.
