''Under most circumstances Administrators can be appointed by a QFCH (ICONIC's creditors) using the out of court procedure. There is no requirement for the Company to be insolvent but, as above, the charge must be enforceable''. It is just a standard process by the creditors and has nothing to do with Administrators being appointed to wind a company up through bankruptcy due to the company being insolvent, the creditors are just trying to get thier money back. Give it a week, the debt will be repaid, suspension lifted and shareprice will rocket. Probably the best thing that could of happened really.

Anyone ''Can offer their services to the Gov'' but what use is the Verify platform to the GOV in helping the Covid-19 APP ??......It is no use whatsoever.....Ill informed speculation. So I havnt left my house but get Covid-19. Gov app can tell who has been close to me with bluetooth data on APP....How on earth is a bluetooth beacon in a closed shopping mall or the underground going to help ??...Pointless

Why would LSAI have anything to do with the Gov Covid-19 app ? LSAI is based around IP & GPS location data and varifying the accuracy of this data through machine learning. The Gov App is all about Bluetooth and the vacinity of other bluetooth enabled devices. They have Nothing to do with each other. The Gov App works by recording who has been near who so possible contamination...it has nothing to do with location apart from user entered data. The share price rise is all based on incorrect speculation and the price will go down as quickly as it went up.

I don't want a takeover. Seriously what do you think the offer would be at this time, 2p, 3p ? I think the company is worth a lot more than that. They have moved away from reliance on Facebook, have a lot more income streams, cash in bank, no debt, predicted £20m tornover and showing a profit in 12 months. Hold out for another 12 months and any offer would be in excess of 5p in my opinion.

First trade this morning was a sell @ 1.39 yet you can now sell 5,000,000 at 1.47..........Someone has placed a big order ??

If you take a look at the figure it is the Exact number of shares that Invesco held so it looks as if Invesco has sold all thier remaining shares and someone else has bought them all. An intelligent guess would be Invesco have sold all their shares to Tangent ???

Could she be spending most of her time at her other business Concured Ltd and dosn't have the time for BBSN ?

S4KSecurity Personally I have been following this share for a couple of years and been in and out once for a tiny profit.With the record lows I am debating if it is worth another punt at this price although it does look like it is now Double or Nothing on a FO deal being agreed. I am just trying to make up my mind and I find it easier to do by posting my thoughts as it sometimes makes things clearer.

The use of the word "requests" implies that more than one request was made. This could either mean one party making multiple requests, or more than one party requesting an extension.

Define ''Request''........

Request - After receiving no BIDS we phoned 3 Major companies and they all said ''Give us a couple of weeks and we will think about it''

IT IS ALL TOO AMBIGUOUS - I have seen this before so many times with other posting ambiguous statements which could be interpreted as positive or negative hoping everyone thins Positive when in fact it is negative. If it was all going well with many interested parties wanting to bid you would say.......

''Due to Demand'' = High Demand or Low/No Demand ?????

Why is the statement so ambiguous ?

Why is there no closing date mentioned for BIDS ?

''Deal Targeted for Q1''......Could it just be they are HOPING for a deal in Q1 but no one is interested ?

WHY Didnt they write . . “The deadline for bids was extended by 88E due to high demand with a closing date of 31.03.2019”

Instead they are being ambiguous which is suspicious and I read it as “The deadline for bids was extended by 88E due to LOW demand with US DESPERATELY HOPING FOR A deal in Q1 2019”

Looks as if Invesco are still offloading their 574m shares. With the amount of buys being posted and no increase in the share price there must be some rather large sells going on in the background. The spread is huge ...looks like mms are happy to sell you shares but are not interested in buying any off anyone. I suspect the will be some multi-million sales posted late today or tomz.
