Alumni Capital have obviously been selling shares for the past 2 weeks crashing the share price before converting the £250k however remember they still hold another £1m in CLN's that they will forward sell and then convert...how low will the share price go ? This doesn't even include the next £3m that Sunda may subscribe to !

How long does Marek have to buy back the shares they have forward sold, what if no one sells to them then what happens to the share price...Hold tight.

Hold tight...Someone has forward sold nearly £1.5m of shares at 0.04p in anticipation of a cln that is now not being drawn down. They are now going to need to buy those shares back in the market, could be interesting.

Well of course it is still active because if you look on the minedex website under notifications you will see the surrender notification is still at ''Pending''. It does not answer the question why WSBN has applied to surrender their licence. If you are selling the licence or entering a JV you Don't surrender the licence. And why can you no longer email the company, why the silence ???

The 11th April Consultation was based on the Draft EIS and EMP, this new consultation is on the Final EIS and EMP.

The next drawdown of cln's is due for this Thursday but the terms stipulate that shares traded must exceed an average of £100k for the 10 days prior to drawdown unless otherwise agreed. It looks to me that this condition is not going to be met. Opinions ?

Marex can't even give the shares away, they have dropped the buy below 0.04 and still no on wants the shares....Big trouble ahead.

For the investors to subscribe for further tranches of loan notes (nest 12 June 2025) the average daily trading volume of the Company must be equal to or greater than £100,000. The reason this term is in the contract is so that Marex can forward sell the shares for the investors. Yesterday the volume was about £30,000 and today we are at about £2,000. At this rate this condition will Not be met and there will be no further funds. Please tell me I am wrong.

Forget TL it is the investors we need to worry about as we will now be in 'default' and they could pull the funding....

And I also understand that 10 days (Business days?) before the next Cln subscription daily trading volumes must be minimum £100k, this only occurs if Marex (the arranger of the cln's) forward sells the subscription shares so if by Monday we have no RNS and trading volumes don't hit £100k we all know we are doomed. Not long to go now.......

So my understanding is if the contract for the rig is not signed by midnight tomorrow we are in default of the Farm in Agreement and Rig signing which means no more Loan notes, no more money and no drill unless the investors, TL and Sunda come to a new agreement ? Or am I just being silly and worrying over nothing ?

It clearly looks like shares are being forward sold before cln's are converted at a lot lower price. What would be fantastic now is if everyone voted against the finance proposals at the AGM and none of the proposals are passed then someone would need to buy £1.5m of shares to cover their short position, no one sells, share price rises a lot and then do a fund raise at a far higher share price. Just a silly thought.

I suspect the only reason that Icon has been saved is so that EHGOSF can recover some of their funds they had lent to Icon which they are now successfully doing by the process of a 'Death Spiral'. Remember there is still a further £2.25m of shares to potentially to be issued to EHGOSF and sold which will dilute all investors a further 50%. If no further funds are drawn there is still the 20% facility fee to pay on £2.25m again diluting investors. Once EHGOSF have finished rinsing everyone there will most likely be a revers takeover which will involve ICON obtaining finance or issuing more shares to purchase a larger company, again no benefit to shareholders. I suspect there will be a small spike in the share price when/if a prospectus is issued however following that will be another drawdown of funds from EHGOSF who will then sell into any spike and bring the share price back down again, death spiral. I had shares in Icon but I sold them all on the first day back from suspension as it was obvious what was going to happen to the share price.

''Bounce is on'', What a load of rubbish. EHGOSF Presently has 2,184,000,000 warrants with an exercise price of 0.016 with a potential 6.552 Billion more to come. So pray tell me what do you think EHGOSF will do with these warrants if ICON's share price rises to 0.025 ?? Oh yes they will exercise their option and sell another billions more shares..........

I know this might seem far fetched but could Dr_Calvin / Dr_Krebs be working for EHGOSF ?? Just bear this thought in mind and re-read all their posts, they seem to have inside knowledge, they want to bring ICON back to market to get their money back, they wanted us to support resolutions to issue more notes to EHGOSF and now they are suggesting something big to come so we hold on to our shares and not crash the share price, again to the benefit of EHGOSF ? Opinions please.....
