Maybe but I suspect not - if the same regimen persists as has done for many years any RNS that AEX release will, now, first have to be drafted by ARA and then, as was always the case, vetted by Tanz authorities before AEX can release it - in the past this has sometimes taken a week or more!

So when did this actually happen? I don't think we yet know when the license was actually sanctioned so I would not be surprised to have to wait a little while before it is released to the market. How long did we wait to get official notification of the GSA signing?

Nothing new on the Aminex website either.

No RNS but sp showing on II as 0.85 - 0.90p - so something has happened. Quite bizarre that shareholders are the last to know! That is the problem with ARA controlling the news flow methinks....

Would tend to agree with you both Edgar and RJ. And, if that interpretation is correct it might be the pre-cursor to seeing the 25 yr Dev License.

Because, just as happened on Friday there was a UT trade after the close (@ 1.38p) that was above the closing spread of 1.30 - 1.35p; so when the market opens at the same closing price it immediately reflects a fall from the previous "closing" price 1.38p to the new mid price of 1.325p.

I never have seen an official explanation for taking the last UT price as the market price but it does distort the actual position though often the market price will move to meet the UT price; as indeed initially happened on Monday.

That is interesting gregorio; it also happens to be the same day a my birthday! :0)

Sorry Tanzania I already have more than my fair share and can still buy them in the market for a song.... Just sit tight Tanz, Rojo will get his 2p, or very close to it, before the end of 2024 methinks.

Some will recall that we closed at 1.40p on Friday but only because of a late UT trade at well outside the closing spread of 1.30 -1.35p. So to close at 1.35 - 1.45p with the last trade before the close at 1.424p represents good progress today methinks.

What I said Chesh, I was disappointed that we did not see those figures, I also highlighted that our BoD stated in the interview that it the process was "ongoing" but could we, should we, believe that? I do not see how any of that could be construed as "sitting on the fence", but hey, knock yourself out Chesh, it seems to amuse you.....

The "however" was more related to the "when" not the "if"..... as I suggested Chesh I am secure and confident enough in my He1 holding not to feel the need for hyperbolic sp promotion for the sake of my own self interests.

Maybe, just maybe Chesh, unlike many others I do not feel the need to promote my own interests and am happy just saying as I see it - I think the level of my investment sufficiently demonstrates my commitment; maybe not as large a holding as some but then not all of us are not millionaires.

End of the month? Maybe but whenever it is I suspect we will then see a cap raise at 1.5p and a continued rise thereafter. However that presupposes that they have the Basin Modelling and resource estimates as they would provide a significant springboard for any cap raise.

Actually the Tanzanian Govt has a huge problem with foreign currency and particularly with US Dollars - most Natural Gas producers are currently having to accept payment in Tanzanian Shillings, which are virtually impossible to convert into $'s. Suppliers of services, equipment and infrastructure require payment in $'s.

Sorry Azuli I hadn't seen that UT trade reported - indeed still cannot see it. But even that was way outside the spread even for a UT trade. But yes, red on the open on Monday. Was that premeditated do you think?!

Closed Price according to II platform was 1.40p!! Anyone else got the same? Cannot be right surely? That is a long way from 1.30 -35p

Finally though, once they have what they need (Basin modelling revised resource estimates, shape of future work programme etc) I do not think they will have any problem raising the money; if you believe the RNS for the 7th February raise the capital was "undertaken with long term supportive investors" (How many we might ask one, or more than one?). I suspect that with positive conclusions from the Basin modelling etc they could well go back to them for more - who is simply going to fund the "planning" and determination" of the future work programme and not the work itself?

I could see these "long term supportive investors" building a stake here and becoming "cornerstone" investors ;0)

I was hoping that the RNS we had been waiting for would have given some clarity on this (and the basin modelling etc) but "no"; still working on it we hear.
