An excellent find and post. “The continued surge in applications to FDA for testing new gene therapies is taxing the agency’s resources and highlighting the need for new policies and updated operations to fully realize the promise of these cutting-edge treatments”.
Little wonder that an over-stretched, under-resourced, FDA might be struggling/reluctant to approve the avalanche of applications for ‘cutting-edge’ new gene therapies within 30 calendar days from submission. My inference: it’s not HEMO’s CAR-T product that doesn’t work; it’s the FDA’s approval process.
I’ve been re-energised after reading this article. Bring on Vlad’s interview!

What’s all that noise? Is it the sound of Ernie’s ghostly gold-tops, a rattling in their crate? Or is One2one, our resident troll, spouting again in my rubbish/filtered green bin? Oh, how I chuckle! Filtered is bliss!
No, Indy, don’t ignore Micky’s response. He states very clearly & very eloquently what we all feel about your continual, repetitive, naive, posts. You’ve received detailed answers to your questions in the past, yet still you keep on coming back and asking again.
With the Easter school holidays looming, I fear that our bedroom troll One2one will have more spare time on his hands to post even more of his tripe. Best advice is to filter and ignore. Allow him to rattle in your ‘filtered bin’, as I do, like Ernie’s ghostly gold-tops. Filtered is bliss!
Perhaps, Digitt, but I’m of the opinion the RNS re IND submission will land much sooner, rather than later. IND submission didn’t begin the moment HEMO received 3rd party validation: it started weeks ago. HEMO’s team has been preparing the juicy submission cake for, literally, weeks. It’s highly likely that the submission pack has been ready to go, just waiting on the 3rd party validation (which is merely the cherry on the cake).
Yep, I second that. Lovely stuff HH! I suspect Pumpky and One2one will be itching to respond (presumably negatively) to your uplifting post, because that’s just the way their little, insignificant minds work.
If CBR does, indeed, prove to be the ‘ultimate virus killer’, taking out every known virus, our own 3 bulletin board viruses (Pumpky, One2one & Stu) must be getting pretty frightened right now! In the meantime, let’s deprive these attention-seekers of the ‘oxygen of response’ by simply filtering them. Consign these 3 Stooges to the back row of the classroom once more, ignored and unloved. They will disappear, believe me. Filtered is bliss!
Hark! What is the infernal racket that I keep hearing? Is it the sound of Ernie’s ghostly gold-tops, a rattling in their crate? Or is it the pitiful sound of The 3 Stooges (AKA Pumpky, One2one & Stu) still spouting their rubbish deep in the confines of my ‘filtered locker’? Based on the sea of green posts across my computer screen, I strongly suspect it’s the latter. I am loving this filtered peace and tranquillity. Bliss!

Let’s be charitable and refer to Stu as a ‘mischief maker’. He’s now in my filtered list, along with other high quality ‘mischief makers’, such as Pumpky and One2one (AKA the Chuckle Brothers). I’m a long term holder in HEMO. Real investors simply don’t post the stuff that these posters churn out incessantly, unless they have ulterior (nefarious) motives. I know what my inference is, but I’ll leave people to draw their own inference as to what the 3 Amigos’ motives are. Filtered is bliss. Go HEMO!
Indy, you may not be depressed, but you sure as hell make others feel that way. Your postings are whining, repetitive and thoroughly boring. You must be an absolute nightmare to live with. I implore you to take a rest from posting anything, like the majority of us other LTH’s, and wait for the inevitable re-rate…….which is coming.
