Yeah, he has talked about this before and notice he again mentioned the GSK cancer vaccine failure I think that was the one that really hit right at the moment we were trying to bag a deal GSK had spent and lost a fortune on that vaccine and trial....

Yeah in theory BioNtech... the hold up on that is over and to me sounds like they are getting close to a viable product all parties would be happy to take forwards into the clinic... Sam Paston no doubt a vital recruit and Lindy must have managed to seduce her somehow :) reckon that will have been by showing her data etc from where they were already at with the collab.... also still do not discount modi1 getting a deal pre clinical... Lindy will be with Sahin and Mellman this month... imagine if Mellman makes a b line for her Genentech and BioNtech are now TCR rivals all this can do no damage to scancells deal prospects

Think he is a terminal case.... the SCIB1 combo trial is going to be a real dragging one apart from fact although yes if and that is if all 25 patients are recruited within the next 12 months... seems SA is working hard on that even talking of European clinics.... we will get incoming data all way through so each patient basically will provide results in 6 months of first dosing ....Anyways my main thing is modi1 trial.... truely hope that hits its timeline it does seem they are doing all they can for that one... with that trial it will only be a couple of months from a theraputic dosing till scancell know if it is having a positive effect on each patient.... of course again they need to get enough numbers to get a proper picture.... Commercial action could in theory hit at any time.... though on that we know BioNtech collab probably won't conclude till early next year and the partner on MaBs has a one year plan... To my mind, we will need funds h1 next year especially if modi1 trial is up and running... all still a high-risk investment gamble at this stage but with so much amazing potential IP I think the odds are worth it ... at least for me :) in theory we only need one hit for a transformational event but in reality there could be multiple ...

I think someone pretty much said it in the Q&A no it was not P7 :) It was the guy who got Martin Diggle to answer.... you have to almost keep coming to scancell as if you were a new investor... (hard if you are all in at over 30p) luckily my scancell investing tactic of nibbling away means I have built a far larger than I first expected and got my average down though I'm still like most underwater but I get that anytime the tide could turn here the IP that is already in scancell and being added to continually is potentially immense truly a pipeline that could one day fill a big pharma.... so I now am looking at scancell as an investment from the perspective of 2019 AGM and what the next as you say 12-18 months could bring :).... I'll be in for another nibble next week

We know there is some uni research going on involving Lindy with delivery of DNA and mRNA vaccines using nano techs ....who knows she is up to tons of stuff...note another moditope is on its way too....

For us is though 6 months behind the BioNtech TCR Collab is validating moditope and interesting in QA Lindy says they and others are not just interested in TCR but vaccines too which I'm taking to mean they are interested in moditope in vaccine form.....well they are seeing those actived CD4 t cells

Listening to Lindy it seems the health and safety approval has already been given and they are basically tweaking to get it as good as can be?... hard to hear :) but thanks too to 2CVguy for the recording

It sounds like they will get there as SA convinced them once I'm sure she can again seeing as SCIB1 already has clinical results etc... going to be a bit of dragging trial though

The idea of SCIB1 combo in US top clinics led by number 1 KF was just too seductive and for very good reasons... problem is the problems that have since come from it... maybe we need the diggles scientist to do due dilligence for scancell on every move they plan to make lol....as obviously they have been caught out by the unforeseen that probably could have been seen ...at least they did then rush to push it to UK only but really.... ImmunoBody may has well been left to the CRUK free ride ... no more Ichor and a more up to date ImmunoBody

It seems the FDA knock on that has caused a rush to UK arm (only) is the problem... now they are scrambling to get more than just Notts clinic on board ....
