GreenRoc Accelerates their World Class Project to Production as Early as 2028. Watch the full video here.
'Successful drilling
We are happy to announce that we have been successfully and safely drilling our well in Schwarzbach (South-Hesse) down to 2,255 meters MD and 1,713 meters vertical depth. The first measurements and tests have been executed and we proudly can announce that we have encountered good quality oil bearing reservoirs.
Further tests will be executed within the next days and completion of the well is planned to be finalized during the next two weeks. Accordingly production of crude oil is expected to start second week of September.
Thanks a lot to the whole Rhein Petroleum Team which has contributed to this success with great committment.'

From Pete himself :)
With Cotec coming along for the big event in Birmingham this week with Will and Al Watson presenting tomorrow and an Innovate investor meet on Tuesday....
Is the Tysley plant about to be declared up and running? It would make sense and be perfect timing...
Expecting some news this coming week... probably not that one we all want beginning with M though :)
but still some excitiement
Hi, EE Thanks for that info but can you remind us who it was you asked that question to? cheers
BTW I'm pretty sure I've had a recent dose of some variant of Covid going round... weird not quite a cold but defo something luckily nowt serious but does show this is a long issue I get to see how many covid testing kits go out in my local area and have seen a little increase there too
Again ultimately to me, the real value is going to be Mine to Magnet with the whole recycling REs and manufacturing magnets once up and running making that step very easy
Plus the mining upside from Malawi is actually huge .. Alex downplayed the Rutile a little in the vid and for sure nothing can much move there or with the Uranium which is going to be a huge growth commodity until Songwe MDA and funding... but if true Mkango are sat on a bigger Rutile resource than Sovereign has then well......Meanwhile, Cotec gets to pick away at what it wants
They aren't really interested in actual mining though so the part they are after and actively eating away is HyproMag.... Mkango needs to get a shift on with unlocking the mining potential and its profits... so it itself can be the one taking Birmingham Uni techs on
Stating that test flowing (I think 'funding' translates as flowing )) will probably take weeks...
'Test funding should start now
A company spokesman told our reporter that there would now be test funding in the next few days and weeks. This means that a precise statement still needs to be made about the economic efficiency and the quantity found. However, commercial production will probably be worthwhile, says Rhein Petroleum. At the same time, the āSchwarzbach 1ā funding would continue.
In Riedstadt, 100,000 liters are already being pumped weekly
Rhein Petroleum has been producing oil commercially in Riedstadt since 2018. Commercial funding began in southern Hesse in 1952, but was later stopped for economic reasons. Around 100,000 liters are currently being transported to the refinery every week.'

Currently, producing 100k liters of sweet oil a week from existing wells I think that roughly equates after tax deductions to 25k a week so Ā£1.3 million pa income? Someone here will know the true figures :)
But really it is all about this new well and its potential to bring in at least an extra Ā£12 million a year (hopefully more) and straight onto the next potential multiple value-adding drills
No idea when the news drops apart from it is coming.... pretty sure I read in my research that Rhein are hoping to have the Well producing by 2nd week of Sept... need to hunt out that article again... but anyway for me the reassurance is in Peters smile that's a man who knows :)

And that black tanker of course

The video is nice.... I particularly like the robotics taking apart risky recyclables I think there is a big future in that...
The probability is that Mkango has enough going on and no funds to get into anything much else till MDA + the funding that ought to unlock... Cotec meanwhile can pick up gems
Some nice posts there! Thanks
This one with Cotec to partner with Uni of Birmingham ... I dunno how to take it yet lol because I'd rather think Mkango will be involved too which they may be I think from the last Vid there was some talk of 'other opportunities' so here is hoping and Allan Watson quoted in that Cotec collab article is our HyproMag main guy......
Now for a look into what Uni of Birmingham are doing beyond HyproMag... well I know they do have some advanced Lithium recycling going on... so maybe that?
Hmm.... potential of something v interesting coming from this.. Can't see Will wanting to be somehow gazumped by Cotec!
