So in a
Nutshell re silver king
XTR risking £500k to get 51% of silver king to achieve this they need to discover 33k more tons of CU. Of an existing resource of 267k cont. Cu.
Now if that's not near to zero risk i don't know what is.
Re BR
I meant price to pay today before XTR did drilling campaign
Hey zap
Another out of interest question.
If XTR achieves 500k T contained CU at silver king with additional £1m investment then what would sale price be to major at current price of copper?
I understand that if phase 2 drilling costs is shared with copper lemon then they have 70% ownership of Silver king. Just asking to get an estimate of value versus risk capital.
Am I right in saying that silver king is to be put in production and not sold?
Thanks for your time

Low risk is subjective.
Only studying Silver king at present. Correct me if I'm wrong but
Silver king. Resource containing 267K ton contained CU
Silver king License cost to XTR is zero
🎈To earn 55% of licence XTR needs to pay £500m of drilling and increase resource to 300m cont CU.
RISK To above happening The Bird is blind as bat and loses the plot.

What is the BIG differences between XTR & GLR compared to BEN & HZM❓
Answers Nett Cash on balance sheet
Business model - CAPEX light
The answers puts XTR &GLR into low risk category
Hey DREW and NTM
Here is my penny worth on BEN.
Writing has been on the wall for months. So why the Toasties and other investors didn't see administration coming is beyond me
MCAP £699K
EV £25M
NETT DEBT £24.3M
plus losses YE 23 (£21.3m)
TTD 24 (£26.4m)
Good exercise would be Todo quick analysis on all companies Toasties are promoting ❓

You asked
What are others opinions on why the deals are structured differently
Is it because SK already have a resource of 237k T CU so far?
To make it official they would need a Jorc?
Whereas the other two licenses requires drilling campaign to determine if there is a resource or not
Thanks for your essay zap. Makes sense.
Remember you saying something along the lines of ,'geology doesn't just stop'
Is it highly likely to find more Super high grade sections of CU ?

Jez wot bit of Am Over you don't you understand ❓
Hello NTM and ZAP
sorry to bother you guys.
Been reading RNS 3 April Silver king
It states
An in-house non-JORC (2012) resource estimate by an external contract geological company was commissioned by Glencore in 2012 ("Non-Compliant Resource"). The Non-Compliant Resource reported an estimate of 268,971 tonnes at 2.7% Cu at a 0.5% Cu cut-off
Cut off in 2012 was 0.5%.
Since CU price miles higher is the cut off %lower❓
If so how much more contained CU is there❓
Thanks for your time
