An RNS needs to be issued. Addressing the legal / contractual / financial spat being aired on SM. Set out the legal and contractual obligations for repayment of the loan.

NDA may not have expired, he might after 6 months be able to seek employment in the same sector and / or with a competitor. His disclosure, what ever that might be needs to be factual and complete. cherry picking select whatsapp exchanges without context might lead to big trouble. His X outburst has already impacted the SP, if they are proven to be untrue or a version of the truth then it could get very expensive.

Nige - I suspect he is still under NDA. Regardless of whether you have been wronged, there are/is correct channels to resolve contractual disputes, X not being one of the recommended channels i would suggest.

Keith...The SP will be on its @rse. Settling scores on X is absolutely not the way to do this. PRD need to issue a written response to the market this morning with full disclosure after taking legal advice. far too much "smoke and mirrors".

I don't believe settling scores on X is the right thing to do. Do it through the courts. The SP will be on its @rse today...who does that impact...the PIs
