Personally i don't see that as being overly relevant. In the tech space your MC is derived largely from the potential the market sees in your product, patents, future applications. Starcom just aren't properly promoting / articulating this future growth potential. We spend more time talking about prudent account judgements, valuations and stock write downs. For example - check back through the RNS for TRAK/SEE/SRT - they all talk extensively about pipeline, growth markets etc. We rarely mention any future financials at all. That's the reason we are valued around 1/5th of the peer group on nearly all the key metrics.

Someone offloaded 1.1m in two chunks on Wednesday . Hopefully they just got bored and haven't heard something negative coming.

So much potential. So little in the way of communications from the BoD. They seem to be tweeting on a daily basis but it's like a kid has got hold of the account and started blogging about tracking, without thinking how this may relate to the company , or investors. Why can't they give us regular updates on progress with big contracts? What is going on with Crop-x, bosch, UN tender and all of the other good stuff. It's AIM fellas - wake up and please realise the SP is directly linked to how you promote the POTENTIAL of the business, which in turn determines the price your next fund raise comes in at and hits us long suffering holders.

Sense check. Talaxis wouldn't have invested millions without performing substantial DD and modelling. The BFS basically rubber stamps the assumptions - and allows institutions to release funding and MKA to apply for the mining permit.

I would clarify that MKA own 51% and are the majority shareholder in Songwe . I do agree that an MoU whilst bloody amazing - may not be legally binding until Talaxis advise MKA that they will exercise the option on the final 26% and arrange funding .

I am guessing the Russian TR1 holder got wind of this deal ! Massive . 50p next stop .

Or Bosch will do what they did with CropX (both our partners ) and make a capital investment via their RBVC vehicle . Potential is huge .

....Frankly, AIM is for the shoot for the moon type investors. No-one cares about a company with genuine products, customers, and sound management. This will tick along until a VC or one of the customers decides to buy the company. Probably for circa 10x where we are now.
