The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
After 6 long years holding and adding, transformational deals are now being signed . Feels like we are shaking off the past and emerging into a completely new beast. I wonder if RBVC are still interested given their investment in CropX. Could be a 50-100m TO
Boom. I moaned it in :-). What a belter .
Ah well… here’s to another 5 years.
Someone knows something we don’t….
Oh great - back to the pre consolidation days
16.67% spread is just ridiculous. Wish they would make a proper market .
Haha ! I moaned it in . Nice action this morning .
25% spread surely not helping to attract any new investors.
Is always that people get scared of an equity raise (regardless of the cash position or whether already completed) and also can’t see beyond the price in pence which makes it not look like a microcap (which is partly why they did this) . Likely we will just stagnate a bit now - I’m happy as long as we hold the recent gains ahead of contract news . Good luck all LTH.
15% down from my buy in last week. FTSE 250 at its best . FFS .
Hard bounce coming up I think .
Anyone know ?
I didn’t miss it, I just don’t think it’s worth half of the current valuation. Best of luck .
Don’t get me wrong , these boys know what they are doing and it will go on a charge, then there will be a placing “rude not to at this market cap etc”. Then people will cotton on that they actually have very little in the way of assets and the drop will start. Early investors will have made a killing. The odd JV may be signed etc / some drilling and then constant raises. Nowt much will change in 5 years . I hope anyone in early makes some dough in the initial spike but this is a lifestyle company. For sure.
What a silly valuation for a company with no JORC compliant assets that are not even close and would require tens of millions of investment to get there. They have copied the MKA business model and are several years behind yet valued higher. Crazy. P&D .
Munch - I really don't understand your posting. You are clearly late to the party, and are doing the usual type of posting / moaning when it isn't multi-bagging overnight and your risk / reward ratio doesn't allow you to sit comfortably. Why would £1.25 upset me? I have been here for 5+ years, for weeks we only had one or two posters on the board. Lonely times. At current prices we are +600% - so it has already done summersaults as far as i have concerned. Now we are on the final leg through to a likely TO and slow creep up to the 2-3x range - i think £1.25 is at the upper end of the buyout range - i would but fine with 75p TBH on an 87% freeroll.
£1.35 a good shout - puts us in the £150m ball park which is aligned to the peer group.
Eh???? It has already gone “boom” - plenty of opportunity (I.e. 3 years ) to buy at around 5p. How can you “lose faith” with MKA - it’s performed magnificently . Who cares about bounces in the 30p range . It’s all noise . It certainly won’t 6 bag again , but I fully expect a 200% + rise up to takeover .
You mean takeover ? We will never see production- will get taken out long before then .
Going after the big contracts and SAAS revenue . I can see this playing out as consolidation + contracts + VC investment
As reported, the Company is in advanced stage discussions for a number of potentially substantial projects concerning the supply of Starcom's various devices for the tracking and monitoring of containers and related items. Should these be successfully concluded they could provide significant revenues over the next few years, including SaaS revenues
