Good Morning all,
Don’t often post here, but been invested for 15 months plus.
When I first heard about all the works to extend and alter Omegas building at Alva I checked the planning site as I knew it would require planning. Until recently nothing was visible on the planning register, however I checked again today and we now have the applications made by the landlord Ceteris.
The link should take you to the right place , there are 2 applications one for a 2 storey link corridor and a single storey extension.

Within the plans there is a proposed floor plan for the units. Which I assume is how the insides of hillfoots now look.

A couple of good updates in June, which I am sure will be followed by a positive update in the next few weeks all point in the right direction for this company. I believe we are in a great position to grow over the next few years and I look forward to watching this happen as I build my position further.

Really happy with the update today , massive debt reduction this year, great land bank, expansion plans are succeeding, let’s keep up the great work.
What can August the 1st bring
Nice update today, let’s hope it generates some interest. Wish I had bought more

Evening all
I listened into Simon Thompson online stock picking masterclass yesterday and he stated he liked this stock a lot, it was the size of the land bank that impressed me, they have enough plots for 20 years of building at current rates.
After more due diligence I have placed my order .

Evening all, long term holder here.
I see we have managed a nice mention on IC website, alongside ABDX

I also went to pick up 28 tests ahead of the kids going back to school only to be given 14 as they don’t have enough tests at the testing site. Again repackaged Innova tests.

Hopefully this is an order for the initial batches used for trials, gad manufacturer for mologic , fingers crossed for a good week

we looked at this yesterday, Ipsos Mori and Imperial college London are conducting the test.
its not our test but , I did raise the question about whether it indicated MHRA approval?
morning all again,
the government website has been updated to include a section for a specific test looking at antibodies post vaccination.
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-antibody-tests/coronavirus-covid-19-antibody-tests
"If you’ve had the COVID-19 vaccine
Vaccines teach your immune system how to create antibodies. But these are different to the ones the antibody test checks for to tell you if you’ve had the virus before. If you’ve had the vaccine, you may be asked to take a different test to check your response to it.
The COVID-19 vaccine will not affect the result of your antibody test."
This has got to be UKRTC test surely, we are a test designed to partner vaccinations.
I Guess my point is that would this not require MHRA sign off for this type of device, if it is being rolled out for a study across the UK?
pretty sure it isn't the vistect one (mologic developed) antibody test, as this looks at 3 antibody types not 2, and I am pretty sure it is for professional use only. It wasn't that long ago that Colin mentioned in his presentation that we are the only ones applying for home use?
this study is due to take place in January so we will find out soon enough I guess.
MHRA sorry, the page on the website was only created on the January.
Good morning all, have a look at this and see what you think, hopefully it is our test but not totally convinced, however for this to happen surely Myra have approved it. I have had a letter asking me to take part in the antibody study.

Vascular, I agree it does say that,
but more interestingly it also mentions that if you have had the vaccine you may need a different test, with no details as to what the alternative test is.
This could well be rtc in my opinion

Link attached just in case
Afternoon all,
Just having a read about antibodies on the gov website and came across this. It looks like it maybe making reference to our test
“ If you’ve had the COVID-19 vaccine

This is definitely a feature of the U.K. rtc test.
Fingers crossed
Happy Christmas all
