Painless, there is no reason unfortunately to see this go up now. If it stats around this level, that's a good sign. Certainly not ending the year as many of us had hoped.

Because it's been up and down to 0.15 three times in past 2-3 weeks. This is the lowest it's been, so it'll be 100% assuming it does the same as it has done past few weeks.
