My understanding is that if a rumour impacts rule 2 of the Aim market , and the SP is clearly impacted by more than 10%, then the company in question is obliged to make some sort of statement regarding the rumour

Waiting on the London Stock exchange (who are currently looking into this company) to rule on its ongoing listing following possible breaches of ethics

1. Disclosure of Inside Information (DTR 2.2.1R)

Under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR), an issuer must notify the market "without delay" of any major new developments that could lead to a substantial share price movement. 

* The Breach Risk: While PYX has issued several "Operational Updates" (e.g., in August and September 2025), any failure to promptly disclose specific details about the naming of its subsidiary's director as a suspect in January 2026 or the seizure of assets at its offices could be seen as a violation of this rule. 

2. Listing Rule 6.2 (Continuing Eligibility)

For a standard listing on the Main Market, an issuer must satisfy the FCA that it can comply with its obligations on an ongoing basis.

* The Breach Risk: PYX’s flagship Mandiri deposit license expired on 31 August 2025. If the corruption probe makes the license renewal impossible (an "existential threat"), the company may no longer meet the Listing Rule requirement to have a business that is viable for the long term.

* Total Revenue Loss: The company reported no zircon production in H1 2025. Prolonged cessation of its core business activities can lead to a suspension of the listing if the company is deemed a "cash shell" or no longer satisfies the criteria for an operating company.

* Mandiri Asset Vitality: Because the Mandiri deposit represents a vast majority of PYX's resource base, a failure to distance the parent company from the criminal acts of its subsidiary's director could lead to the total loss of the asset.

* Regulatory "Freeze": Authorities have indicated that the 2026 RKAB for Mandiri will likely remain frozen while the previous issuance (2020–2025) is being litigated as a crime. 

Following the FDA’s Phase III clearance in January 2026, the company’s value is anchored by the following:

Significant Valuation Upside: Analysts have set a consensus target price of 31.00p for Scancell shares, representing a potential 133% increase from its recent price of 13.25p. Some estimates place the company’s risk-adjusted net present value (rNPV) at £373 million (roughly 36p per share).

Large Addressable Market: Management estimates the addressable market for iSCIB1+ in advanced melanoma at $3 billion. This opportunity could expand to $6–$9 billion if the vaccine is used in earlier-stage (neoadjuvant/adjuvant) settings.

I am reading this and I cannot see how the subsidiary of PYX, who is responsible for the mining licenses and who is under investigation will simply get a renewal. If I thought for one moment this is a given I would jump right in and repurchase the 1 million shares I sold yesterday . Believe me I would like this company to get back to doing what it once did. But I have been burnt to many times with Aim Stocks. Let us see how this unfolds in the coming days. There are undoubtedly details about this investigation that have yet to come to light. Who knows PYX may pull a blinder an we can all make some money

OMG can you not grasp what is happening here. PYX will be held responsible alongside. PT Investasi Mandiri. The two are entwined. They shared the same office and personnel. DO you think for one moment they can distance themselves and walk away unscathed. This is Indonesia that will not happen it will drag on for months

Looking at all the allegations surrounding the company it is clear that they have a ton of problems and it is difficult to see how they can survive

IH: A civil servant (ASN) at the Central Kalimantan Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Department.

ETS: An employee of PT Investasi Mandiri and CV Dayak Lestari.

VC: Former Head of the Central Kalimantan ESDM Department.

HS: Director of PT Investasi Mandiri.

Asset Seizures & Searches: Prosecutors recently raided the DPMPTSP (Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services) Office in Central Kalimantan on 6 January 2026, seizing electronic devices and a container of documents. Previously, a zircon processing plant and various heavy equipment belonging to PT IM were seized in Gunung Mas.
