I purchased some more shares in Kefi yesterday.

The way I see it is that with Saudi sale and Financial sign off in the next couple of weeks, every 1k bought now will be 5k in a few weeks and 20k in 18 months when TK becomes operational

The project is where it is. All that matters is the future and there is absolutely no point in looking backwards at what could have been.

The Country, Commodity, Main Asset Cash Generation, Finance Syndicate Members, BOD established relationships, Upcoming Saudi Sale and Ridiculously Low market Cap make this and screaming buy for huge short, medium and long term returns in my opinion.

There is no need for Kefi to buy back shares.

Proceeds from the Saudi sale will fund our overhead for years, but more importantly enable accelerated exploration of our other licence areas.

Its the above coupled with TK financial close that will open the doors and generate a rush of institutions to take positions.

Short term PI shareholder appeasement really isn't important right now

Its the recent Q&A that is most relevant as goes through the same process to release information as an RNS

The position following indicative bids is...

"We are engaging with the long list of parties interested in KEFI’s 15% shareholding on GMCO"

With gold at $3k, the sale price will be at the high end or above any valuations.

And the RNS could land at any time....

I have always thought Artar would pick up our 15%, but with the level of interest described in today's Q&A's, I'm wondering if this will go to competitive bidding.

High levels of interest tend to create a price premium and quicker wrap up.

I was expecting 3 or 4 indicative offers but a long list which requires shortlisting would be 7 or more.

Such interest will put the sale at the high end of any valuations

PI's have played their part and now the company progresses

Worth remembering that the Saudi sale is still anticipated to occur this month and indicitive bids were due at the end of last month.

Most of us expect our partner Artar to buy us out to take full ownership.

With due diligence not necessary from their side, this will be wrapped up quickly.
