Hi. Thanks for that. I am currently holding EVR, KAZ, AV, SBRY and TSCO but do need diversify a bit more. I was tempted with RIO when it was at 2850, but at the time it seemed to be still heading south. Hindsight is a wonderful thing! EVR and AV I tend to buy and sell reasonably regularly and been making a nice profit on which often makes me wonder why I also invest in ISAs which will only make 4% a year. SBRY and TSCO were recent buys as entry point seemed good, so just waiting for them to pick up from there, but both pay good divs for long term hold if not. My main aim is saving up for the next buy to let property, which is a while away yet, but mainly due to bank lending rates at the moment. How did you get into Embassy lets? GLA .. Al

Good day for me today as all in the blue (been a while mind and only due to buying back into EVR at end of today). I need to chat ref your rentals at some point. I have a couple and would like to know more on your portfolio and benefits of your marketplace. Only dabbling in shares on excess I can't put in an ISA but very happy with results so far, but a good part of that is the due to your excellent research and info you post, so many thanks for that. Set a trade plan as working in Italy this week, but drop first thing monday triggered sell, but glad of drop today to buy back in and make a slight gain. Upward from here???? GLA

Well Levis was right with his prediction this morning. I had similar issue when I bought back in here at 221.8 and then watched it drop to 215. Now with a small profit and hopefully watch it climb higher over the next days/weeks but wish I had caught the dip a bit better. GLA

221.85 so hoping for another nice rise from here. GLA

Just wondering when TSCO will dip, so that is one i'm watching. Currently in here, Aviva, Sainsburys and smaller (riskier) holdings in HAWK and FOGL. Wish I had not sold HSP quite so soon, but hindsight is a wonderful thing. GL
