I made an observation that today's liquidity was good about 5 posts down DB. But good for VLRM and PIs, not for a US institutional investor, it was still only a paltry ~£350k.

OTC market is primarily for retail investors. Most institutional investors are banned from investing in OTC/penny stocks due to poor liquidity and lack of regulation.
