Now that this has cleared, that was likely the stumbling block for bigger investors. How could they underwrite 45 million when they were possibly facing a fine of 75 million, now that it's gone, i reckon it will be underwritten by the end of the week for a Monday RNS

And everyone that had stop losses at around 3p are now getting wiped out, will be trading at 4p by close, 5p tomorrow when news fully reaches all holders

Now all we need is for someone to actually buy any shares, price is up, sadly no trades yet :-)

Erm, they sold 51% of a new company that owns the mine, so Kodal is still majority owned, owns 49% of KMUK, and has full rights to all the gold, and various other projects - not a bad price considering it's never produced or sold anything in it's history
