Struggling to break 3p, need a little bit of sustained buying.

Had an email from chris ellis this morning, saying a notice of results will be issued shortly. From that, will be this week.

Just has an email from chris ellis, "confirmation of the results date will be published shortly"

Shame its leading up to the weekend, results could come Monday.

The next update should be good, even better if they clarify the cash position.

Added a few more this morning, patiently waiting for results/update. Under the radar at the minute.

Some steady buying again today, I need a few share to mature to add under 4p here.

Actually is a great set of results , look at the kind of companies we are dealing with, this looks set to be a very strong company with revenue growth of 16%, integration of the four businesses. Plus its worth investing on the chairman's statement hahaha.

Over £10,000 just purchased again, somebody has confidence. Reading between the lines the next update should be good.

With having mainly fixed costs the statement below bodes well From the results - We have had a good start to 2017, with like for like organic sales growth of 12% for the two months to January 2017. There are further efficiencies, both within revenue generation and cost savings, in the existing portfolio of companies and my team are working hard to further improve margins this year.

Revenue of £21.5 million although the 3 largest aquisitions were completed over half way through the financial year. 1)Avonline Broadband in July (5 months) revenue · Anticipated turnover from Avonline Broadband of at least £5m in the first full year of ownership 2)Breiband Norway in August (4 months) revenue o Breiband generated £8.2m revenue and £1.1m EBITDA from a customer base of 13,000 (FY2015) and continues to grow in a high growth market, this is 12months prior to ownership. 3)Skymesh Australia in August (4 months) revenue o SkyMesh generated £7.8m revenue and £0.6m EBITDA from a customer base of 28,000 (FY2015). Since the Government backed Sky Muster satellite programme became operational in April 2016, this is 12 months prior to ownership. These 3 figures exclude the 12% organic growth figure. Exciting times indeed!

Results mostly always have a trading since statement, RNS`s cost money so they could be waiting to release one, might possibly be waiting to get a new acquisition signed off or something else. Lets wait and see.

Wont be bad news! could be just a number of minor things. HSBC have just issued them with a £5 million revolving credit which SAT have used for more acquisitions.
