They are only 12months into production, already had to shut well 7z in. These wells were drilled to close together and share the same major fracture. Water cut was 6000 bpd.
Warwick was a dud. Halifax probably another dud (but they blamed drill fluids) Lincoln ok but only hold 50%.
If you believe that it will remain profitable with the bonds due and well issues then hold. Most will be in and out before next RNS drops, short term trade.

Hur have huge issues at the moment, FB model looks dodgy, problems with well positions / also water cut, it’s been a disaster. Spirit have been burnt badly. It’s a car crash it won’t happen.

Don’t get me started on HUR if that last well waters out, it could be the beginning of the end for them.

No objections for OPEC+ meeting being brought forward by Russia. Hopefully agreement settled for extending cuts. Roll on Thursday

All about Russia for me, Saudi’s looking to extend cuts possibly to year end to balance the market. Russia looking to crank production back up sooner. If they agree to extend to September which is been banded around, future looks a lot more promising.

I think like most , everyone is looking at OPEC+ to continue with the cuts. Hence the move up is just pausing briefly no one wants to get burnt twice.
Certainly the cheapest oil share without the risk of the likes of other small caps.

Which ever way you look at it, it a nice option to have at their disposal. I’m sure the board will make best use either to hold or cancel. Roll on my dividend payment, what’s not to like here.

They tried nitrogen lift at Halifax which didn’t work due to the mud and drill chips forming a skin and possibly damaging the reservoir. It was mentioned by dr T that they didn’t have an ESP to try clean up the well and it maybe an option upon revisiting.

I emailed the company today asking if there would be an update, the CFO responded within 30 minutes. He expected there will be an announcement within the next fortnight or so. In my mind this would tally with the well having cleaned up and the start of the IP run. When your not the operator your relying on CP to provide you with the details. We have been told the well is on a 90 day test. CP had this on a slide at the last presentation. I quite understand the nerves here, but to CP its just another well in one of the many exploration permits. They are probably quite happy to release the info after the 90 day test. But in the world of the impatient and fickle investors of AIM this can be quite damaging hence the reason for my email. Regular updates tend to support the SP, even if its just "clean up is progressing, 35% of frac fluid have been returned" I'm sure if you email the company a question which they are able to answer, you will get a response.

Matt Fox - ConocoPhillips - EVP Exploraton and Production So we didn't core the horizontal section, but we do have core information from the vertical wells that we've drilled there. And it's difficult to tell. There's a good looking section that we've drilled the horizontal well in. But as you know, until you actually frac and produce these unconventional reservoirs, it's difficult to know what you're going to get. So we do have core data. We have all of the usual data that we would collect in the US. And the frac that we've just done on this well is basically an Eagle Ford style frac, and so we're giving it our best shot. And we'll get a sense of whether or not -- what sort of rates we can achieve by the time we get to the end of the year this year. Yes still early doors but may get a indication of how clean up is going if someone asks, Any tit bit would do condensate/light oil recovery, :-)
