Sitting on the fence at the moment in terms of voting. I don't think I will be a yes, either a no or abstain I suspect. It's worth also noting that the non-exec directors should be acting on behalf of shareholders and holding this BOD to account, particularly PF. He should resign and a replacement be found pronto. Of course that won't happen as the non-execs will continue to simply pick up their annual fees for doing diddly squat and rubber stamping everything the BOD do. If enough shareholders were to get together and propose a resolution to remove PF as a director I would definitely vote in that case.

Personally the placing made sense and i would have been happy with it to clear of YA etc, but just not at the horrific discount applied at the time. Non revenue earning minnows have got better deals then that which is why it sucks! Broker has a lot to answer for too. There is plenty money slushing around the city and that's the best they could do, a joke.

Who knows. If the closing of the contracts require the placing to go through first then you may find nothing until the new year. I'm sure there will be some puffery if needs be to keep the SP above 4p at the minimum! May be tempted to average down but don't think I will unless it's closer to 4p.

Yes always must remember it's paid for research. If the opportunities were this good why did they not get the placing away at closer to the SP at the time. Beggars belief for me the discount applied. I will only buy more if this drops to nearer the placing price. That's now the floor really. Quite a detailed report I must say. Less talk and more action needed..

Every WSG shareholder should be calling for Fowlers head, emailing Baldry and Fowler himself. Poor performance should not be rewarded. The company exists for the benefit of shareholders not the BOD.

That is good news but the discount is atrocious even for AIM standards. No director participant either. They better buy on market soon. I think I will check in again tomorrow and switch off for today which will no doubt be volatile.

Agreed yrabsmurruc. Many have the 10p + horizon here (including myself!) but many also can't wait longer than 5 minutes!

Yep once this incessant CLN dumping is finished (must be soon surely) watch this shoot up fast. Add in some news and who knows.

Not to mention the generosity shown through the recently provided sanitisation tunnel, timing a coincidence, I think not..!

Looks like positive news today. Debt bought on the cheap. The UK project is probably next on the newsflow and that's the one which will generate some incomes short term.

It's time will come. At least a double from here is plausible in the next 3 months IMO. It just needs momentum buying and news which will coincide.

Yep. if I could I would! Great price to buy just below recent placing and all the upside in front of us. I'm in at the low 1.2's but happy with that as can see this doubling from this level (at least) at some stage within the next 6 months.

That's CRCL's broker. Presumably as a consequence of the recent placing, though couldn't easily see they were allocated shares so perhaps purchased as part of the deal of the sole appointment.

Seeing stuff about the UK projects online. Real volume today so likely something is afoot.

Can't see anything out there unless there is a leak of some good news. Nothing surprises me with AIM.
