Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
Yes it is a good step as it should be a lot more detailed and more publicly available. Align have a history of buying shares in companies too, in a sense money where their mouth is, so that could be good news too.
Strong moves. Could be the beginning of a strong momentum drive upwards.
..
Strong interest again today.
Certainly seems a lot more interest here at the moment. Will be interesting to see how it goes as battery metals are a hot ticket at the moment.
Interesting Zumore thanks. Also interesting today to see 15% vote against Kaintz's re-election. I wonder who that was as it looks like a specific holder. Perhaps a shot at the bow side by way of warning ahead of 2021. Regardless of history here which isn't great clearly I do see positive upside from the current SP levels, if anything based on peers and AIM momentum. Risk-reward basis. Let's see what 2021 brings though.
Thank you Zumore.
Can anyone advise exactly where to get the transcript of this Q&A? The Corcel Twitter feed doesn't seem to take you to it unless I am doing something wrong!
Well a slightly reduced loss from 7p levels for me. Silver linings..
If I could buy at these levels I probably would just to bring the average down! Pre Christmas not the best time for top ups.
I would expect that now this funding is secured the directors will buy shares on market considering they bought at 10p levels earlier this year (significant amounts too!). If they don't, then they have inside info and perhaps can't at this moment. Either way, they need to walk the walk and not just talk the talk.
A 'nice' touch would have been an accompanying AGM statement 'recognizing the frustration of shareholders' and noting the votes cast against, oh well, move on.
For me a 'wait and see' until what happens on Monday. I think the best outcome would be a pass but by the skin of it's teeth so hopefully the message sinks in.. Won't hold my breath though.
Would be great if they published the details of the Q&A. Had registered but got caught up in work matters. Any other useful bits of info? Cheers
What's the percentage to see this through, is it 50%+ of the votes cast?
This was the company's position when the placing was announced:
the Company therefore has received irrevocable commitments to vote in favour of the Resolutions in respect of 14,821,598 Existing Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.2 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company
Could be interesting. If it doesn't go through I don't see that as a disaster, it will be the shareholders kicking the BOD up the Jacksy and reminding them who 'owns' the company. The hugely discounted placing and laughable change of nominal are both decisions void of shareholder benefit. Either way they need to recognize how they have failed shareholders. If it doesn't go through that suggests there is potentially a reasonable shareholding amongst retail with a sway. Something to think about for the future.
All helps get rid of the forward sellers above placing price... Not exactly 'transformational'! Better than nothing I suppose.
Yep makes no sense otherwise as they are sole broker for CRCL. Could be an interesting few weeks with the webinar next week and perhaps some news before Christmas.
Yep on Kaintz too deliver. Intraday drop on nothing from what i can see, so bought some more mainly to bring my average down closer to 1p! I think they are running a webinar this time next week so get your questions in!
Sitting on the fence at the moment in terms of voting. I don't think I will be a yes, either a no or abstain I suspect. It's worth also noting that the non-exec directors should be acting on behalf of shareholders and holding this BOD to account, particularly PF. He should resign and a replacement be found pronto. Of course that won't happen as the non-execs will continue to simply pick up their annual fees for doing diddly squat and rubber stamping everything the BOD do. If enough shareholders were to get together and propose a resolution to remove PF as a director I would definitely vote in that case.
