Hi QueenElvis, Using Facebook as an example, should you email them and ask for all of your personal details, status updates and photo's to be removed they would have to comply. That said should a user contact us who's a known abuser we wouldn't necessarily remove their posting history without reviewing the posts first. We would indeed co-operate with any external investigation and I can assure you we certainly don't turn a blind eye where market abuse or anything similar is concerned. Old content a user has posted is indeed stored and kept should any investigation take place in the future. Good Morning QueenElvis, Should a user post potential market abuse, libelous, defamatory or general abusive content there's many steps we take to prevent the same from happening again. The steps include a potential Warning, Suspensions then a permanent Ban. Based on the content the user is posting we would impose one or all of the above. Should a users posts be classed as potential market abuse then we would most likely look to closing the users account based on what was posted and prevent them from signing back up again. Good Afternoon MasterRSI, If you click into Share Chat on any share you should see the Filters tab at the top which sits beside the Premium Share Chat and the Regular Share Chat tab. One thing to note is you have to be in "Message View" in order to see the Filters tab as it only works on Message View. If you're on "Thread View" the Filters tab won't be displayed.
