The post seems to suggest it, as does the release on their website, 'buying back their own shares'. Otherwise, what does the 'non-discretionary' element mean? I took it to be non-discretionary for share holders, for it claims that shares purchased will be cancelled or placed into Treasury. But perhaps I'm wrong.
Buying back their own shares 'an irrevocable, non-discretionary decision', what's happening here???
Nothing...am surprised that people can't ignore one another on here if it's that bad.
I'd read about the difficulties, but you put it so well Praha8, am sure the desert is full of bloody big rocks, hehe =) Quite so, there should be an update before the year's end or at the very beginning of next, either to announce results or accept that there will be a delay. This share is certainly not one to move on a hint though, the straight line is a little unnerving, perhaps the share that time forgot?! =) Even were it to change the company 3 fold it would boost the price, and I would settle for that, though naturally, 10 fold is quite alluring don't you think? I've looked on the webpage, but can't find any reference to this 10-15 fold boom, did you see it in an observer report or a share feature elsewhere or something?
is it possible for this product to keep on with a full head of steam? Give that it's been lower than this price for the previous 12 months, and that there are surely many people out there on 200% plus of profit, I have a feeling that they'll be wanting to shed some of that stock before long, considering that's such a respectable gain! Would like to support this share myself, but am of the opinion that it would mean coming in at a high point, as a result, it doesn't seem so attractive. But then, what do I know...
And production should begin...yet very quiet on here. There are so many hawks around that it cannot have escaped their notice, it always leaves me feeling that there's something suspicious...perhaps I'm merely paranoid! Would like a diamond though, nicely crafted...
And yet there is NO movement in the share price, dead level for almost a month...Jebel Hafit may be successful, and people are certainly jumping on board, but it strikes me that only the results from the drilling will shift this. Guess it's down to gambling on how long until then, and whether the news will be most positive. The reports on Indago's webpage look promising, though financial balance sheets boggle me, what should I expect, being a student of Humanities!
ERG invasion =)
No grounds for this, but the fact of such large sells going through at 50p suggests that the spread widened greatly in the closing moments, although of course, it's not reported like that on here! I feel that tomorrow will see the SP commencing significantly down, for surely nothing can maintain stability after such a haemorrhage of stock!
Seems as though we're back at Square 1 again with this share, for there has been no appetite for buying today. Let's see what tomorrow brings...
Looking back, there are long periods of inactivity, punctuated by falls in the SP, with no bounces at all...seems somewhat cursed!
There seems to be no great appetite on the markets this morning, although one cannot complain, this share is certainly holding its own. Perhaps the SP will reach 5p before Christmas, and perhaps not. Still, in the short term (New Year), I feel that we'll see modest but respectable rises, as opposed to a dash for growth of the like that occurred a week ago.
Excellent news then, it must be today. Tomorrow should lead somewhere, hopefully upwards.
Quite. Smiler did say he had received a reply from Danka which stated that the de-listing would occur today. So we shall see!
Quite possibly, if the ADR's are indeed de-listed. It appears to be retreat on all fronts this morning, but will wait it out, have time to spare =)
I find it interesting that if Smiler has indeed been banned, he's been far more reasonable than some people on here who are often quite insulting in their language and misuse of it. In such a situation, admin should clear those people out who are unable to remain civil and polite with co-users of the forum. Anyway, back to the share...
Timmy's quite a different character =), but there are plenty of people singing from the same hymnsheet, especially if they've done their research!
I can't conceive that he was ramping, he did provide info that was fairly accurate, and naturally he felt sure that this was worth buying into. An unfortunate decision.
Wanted to post on this but barely had chance to read your observations, let alone add my views Smiler =) I think that the stock has certainly been restrained, with the MMs sweeping about for availability but finding little to make use of! Demand clearly outstrips supply, it seems that the LSE listing will definitely remain strong in the face of the ADR's demise. Whether they go tonight or early next week, we're on an up, one merely needs to tape oneself to the tree to avoid the shakes! And if anyone wishes for a SP prediction, I'd also suggest that they dig into the archives, Smiler's posts are freely available, and my thoughts too (for what they're worth). Footprints are fine, and I'm quite happy to discuss anything with anyone, but one really does have to make an effort and make up one's own mind =)
