I see the main downside/upside news now , ML news , interest rates in Usa , and as BBC says the Uk budget , the pound direction , the direction of Nasdaq , any surprise news on War

But most importantly the next results in Mid Jan only 10 long weeks !

I would not base any decision now to buy based on any takeover happening , so far no sign ..

Base decision on business performance growth - selling more subscriptions !

Agree a takeover unlikely for the one reason the big 6/8 shareholders will probably need 4 figures in pence … to give up future growth in share price , unless any buyer can find a way to structure the deal that includes giving some extra upside to existing shareholders

So forget buyout ideas for now !

Now that share allocation decided , the management of Dark will do best to push Dark up … asap … starting with Jan results

Also they may more easily welcome a Takeover bid as they now have their pound of flesh which any buyer would need to buy them out … all good , anything could happen in next 4 months including Huge takeover bid … fingers crossed .

Actually he and his wife do not care , he just wanted to create news to show that he no longer is close to Dark …. If he not close to Dark including on Renumeration …. So investors will be happier to buy Dark ( as he is more distant) ….so Dark can say he is distant , then more investors buy

ML hopes him being distant will help Dark share price goes up faster
