I can assure you that my interests in this share are not for monetary gain/loss as I don't have them,or indeed, wish to have them within my portfolio. I hope the houses already "under construction" have garden paths fitted as that is where the BOD's are taking you.

No contracts will be signed between Eatonfields and Trilandium. IMHO the plug will be pulled later today. As always DYOR etc. PS - I am no joker,believe me!

Just heard that Trilandium have pulled out as developers on the housing sites. DYOR as always.

is this share going to reflect it's true potential ? I am getting more and more frustrated with this and would like some reassurances from the BOD or fellow posters that there is some future in this.

What is keping this share down at this level? With the latest news I would have expected a lift, at least to where we were a month or two ago.

Take off your rose tinted glasses and see this shambles of an oufit for what it really is. Who else would pay £18m for a plumbing contractor and not carry out due dilligance. Get real, this lot will be bust before you know it.

This is worrying, on a day when the market is up (inc construction), this heads south again. I think the ROK / Avonside P&H buy out was worse than first thought and on the back of Connaught work going to Lovells. Not looking good for the future of this one.

Has this company any tie up with Southern Bear (stbr) as both have been static for weeks now. Very worrying IMO

Why no movement in both this and Southern Bear ?

Any idiot can build up an order book to that value. It is building it up at realistic and workable prices that is the clever bit. Ask the ex estimator at Avonside. They made the plumbing abnd heating division look rosy for ROK to buy and then look what happened, it wiped out half the company value overnight.

Who ever carried out the due diligance report before ROK shelled out £18m for Avonside want putting to the buck. Avonside had been losing money big style for years.

This has got to be the worst site ever for lack of postings. Has no-one anything to say?

It is very relevent when ROK and Bellway are tendering the same social housing projects and ROK are winning them.

As a shareholder with Bellway could someone please explain how Bellway get away with awarding contracts to a rival house builders own PH&E business who are in direct competition with them ie ROK (aka Avonside plumbing heating and electrical)
