I am sure it's all legal, but there is the rules, the spirit of the rules and those in power that just repeatedly bump against those red lines.

Seriously they have just drilled a well and are testing and all of a sudden they issue 25 million shares to employees as we wait for the results and say it's performance related.

Sucks.....although I expect then the well results are positive.

It will not increase it, only help fill a small part of the demand locally instead of through Oil imports. They clearly need a credible council that have at least a basic understanding of demand and supply.

Going to be hard joelt if it's just the £1.2m investment into EAG and subsequently ownership of 50% of EAG, as without the Ruvuma money most of the rest is as they say just Jam.
